David Rich

David Rich received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio in 1978, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in 1981. Previously a partner with the Law Firm Swiderski & Rich, P.A. Mr. Rich has been the sole shareholder of Law Offices of David L. Rich, P.A. since 1994. The firm focuses on personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accident, premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice.

Ilene Brooks

A associate with the firm since September 1994, Ilene Brooks is a graduate of both undergraduate and law school at University of Florida in 1978.

Casey Fundaro

Mr. Fundaro graduated from the University of Miami in 1983 and then received his Juris Doctorate in 1986 from State University of New York College at Buffalo.
